THREE-STOREY MODERN HOME

A young couple from Bulacan wanted us to design a three-storey home located at their home province in Norzagaray Bulacan. The property they acquired is a 150 SQM lot which they wanted us to design a Modern Three Storey Residential building fitted to house their growing family.

The concept of Designing their Modern home was a meticulous one, with muted colors, wood accents, and stone elements to accentuate their façade, while the overall design priority of the interior was generally to maximize the property, and carefully planned spaces designed to house multiple activities for their family and friends who visit them on occasion.

Each floor of this home was distinctly designed for the specific intent and purpose of the space; hence we made the distinction on the Active, Serenity, and Leisure Zones.

 

The Ground floor signifies the Active Zone, this floor was designed to be light, grand, elegant, and serve as a utilitarian space where the basic functions of the family’s day-to-day activities are being done. The Second floor signifies the Serenity Zone, where the bedrooms are strategically and aesthetically planned to have subtle colors and lighting to convey relaxation and privacy.  Finally, the Roof Deck (Third Floor) was designed to be the Leisure Zone. Designed to have a welcoming atmosphere, a space where fun-filled activities are being held, where people can come home and unwind after a hard day’s work. A place where they can spend quality time with family members and the people, they hold so dear.

The overall result of this design is a home where each space holds significant meaning to the people who live in it. A place where people can build lasting memories. A Stunningly Modern Home, for a Young, Modern Family.
