Modern Apartment Design  situated in a 370 sqm lot and one of the highly urbanized areas in Metro Manila, the owners wanted to design a 4 Storey Building with an exclusive 10 Apartment units. The main design consideration is to both maximize the property while having adequate open spaces for natural lighting and ventilation.

The Ground Floor was Designed for utilitarian purposes, where the parking spaces are located, the 2nd and 3rd floor respectively houses the residential zone of the development, and finally, the 4th Floor paves the way to the Fitness Gym as well as the recreation roof deck.

This modernized apartment is a collaboration between client and Architect and epitomizes what a Modern Multi-Family dwelling can be in a highly urbanized setting.
