This Home Design Renovation with Apartment Expansion is situated in one of the developing areas of Zamboanga City, rich with its influx of Commercial and Residential structures, the owner of the property wanted to modernize their home and at the same time maximizing the use of their property by building a 55 Square Meter Apartment Unit.
This project was built on an open plan concept, that was designed to encourage both interaction between family members and at the same time, seclusion from private spaces. The two opposite concepts were achieved by observing the lifestyle and pattern of movement by the owners of this home, coupled with the Apartment expansion on the rear side of the property.
This Home Design focuses on the Interior Renovation of the client's existing House while Integrating their existing facade on the proposed apartment.
